What are your types of delivery?
On-demand delivery - Express delivery with live tracking
Scheduled Delivery - Request your delivery and we will provide confirmation of the date and time
Pick and Drop - Request a delivery for pick and drop (If you require a special delivery, please chat with us with your request or email at: email@example.com)
How do I schedule a delivery for another day?
Ditch The Kitch customers are able to schedule their on-demand pick-up and delivery day up to one month in advance. Once you have specified details for your task you are then asked to schedule the window for your chosen day and time via the ‘Schedule Delivery’ selector tabs. Customer must ensure that both the sender and the recipient parties are available on the specified pickup and delivery time and date. Note: All the pick-ups and deliveries are made on the same day, and we do not hold consignments overnight.
What is contactless delivery?
As part of our commitment to the health and safety, we offer contactless deliveries and limit unnecessary contact to all our customers.
With Ditch The Kitch contactless delivery, the assigned driver will collect item(s) from a secure spot communicated by the sender (i.e. on a porch table, taped to the door, or inside a mailbox.) Upon approaching the delivery address, the user will receive notifications from the driver and leave the order at their doorstep to limit unnecessary contact.
Request a Contactless Delivery in the following ways:
- When ordering over the phone: simply request when you place your order.
- When ordering on Ditch The Kitch website: leave a note in the Special Instructions during Checkout.
- When ordering on the Ditch The Kitch app: call the merchant after you’ve placed your order.
If you have provided an email address, you will automatically receive an e-receipt when your order is completed.

What are your delivery hours?
We are open from 6:00am to 9:00pm every day for your after hour, weekends and holidays deliveries.
If you require service after 9pm, please contact Ditch The Kitch 24/7 in-app chat support for immediate assistance, on the possibility that we have an available courier in your area that is able to meet your task at an additional charge.
What payments are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Visa debit cards. For safety reason, we cannot accept cash payments.
